For example: if you need a poster by Friday at 4p.m., submit it by the previous Friday at 4pm. This allows for printing, reviewing, reprinting if needed and framing services. ![]() For individual posters that need to be printed AND framed, submit your poster at least 5 business days prior to the date needed.This allows adequate time for printing and reviewing of your poster. For example: if you need a poster by Friday at 4 pm, submit it by Tuesday at 4 p.m. For individual posters that only need to be printed, submit your poster at least 3 business days prior to the date needed.Posters received for printing are expected to be complete. Reminder, we will probably not be able to allow each one of you the time to review your poster after it has been printed, otherwise, the process will be slowed dramatically. For department poster competitions where many posters are being printed and mounted, please make sure all posters are submitted at least 10 business days prior to the event date.(In PDF format click Ctrl-D to check size.) Posters larger than 36"x48" will not be printed. Posters must be 36"x48" in either landscape or portrait page orientation.Please check with Darlene if your poster is in a different file format. In order to maintain a unified look for the department, please use the template or include the PSU logo according to the Penn State Identity Standards guidelines.You will receive a final email notice when the poster is ready to be picked up.
